Points System Rules
Earning Points:
Regular Members: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
VIP Members: Earn 2 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
Earn 50 bonus points for writing a product review (limited to once per product).
Point Expiry:
Points are valid for 1 year from the date they were earned.
Expired points cannot be reinstated or redeemed.
Points Redemption:
Members can redeem points for discounts or gifts during checkout.
The redemption rate is 100 points = $1 discount.（Contact us for a discount）
Points Refunds:
If a member returns a purchase, the corresponding points will be deducted from their balance.
Fraudulent Activities:
Engaging in fraudulent activities, such as creating multiple accounts or abusing the point system, will result in account suspension and loss of points.
Membership Program Terms and Conditions:

Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years and above.
Customers automatically become Regular Members upon registration.
VIP Membership is granted to customers who reach the specified purchase threshold.
VIP Membership Qualification:
VIP status is granted based on the total amount spent on eligible purchases within a calendar year.
The qualification threshold for VIP Membership will be reviewed annually.
Membership Levels:
